| Please follow the instructions below to
fix the database update issue that we have with the new version of Record Review
Assistant 5.5.0
Please note that you can perform these instructions
before or after installing RRA 5.5.0.
Download the file below
and copy it to the install folder on the workstation that you will be
running Record Review Assistant from in order to update the database.
This only needs to be done to one workstation so the
update database function can complete successfully.
Once the UpdateDb.exe file has been copied to the
installation folder, typically "c:/Program Files/Record Review Assistant" rerun Record Review Assistant and go
to menu Tools\Advanced\Update Database. Again this only needs to
be done on one workstation.
