We provide several review forms that can be used as-is or changed to fit your facility's needs.  Review forms include Joint Commission's unapproved abbreviations, national patient safety goals, present on admission, mock survey forms, tracers, and more.

There are endless possibilities. You can design your own review forms, or add criteria to an existing form.  The idea is that it is easy to create just what you need.

Each criterion can have its own expected performance level (threshold), default answer and educational ID.

Educational IDs allow you to link your review criteria to educational statements.  These statements tie into the educational letters to show caregivers where documentation improvements need to be made.
